  • August 17, 2008: Since the world oil prices increased that affect the domestic air fare
    tickets to become expensive, and in order to celebrate the 63rd Independence Anniversary
    of Republic Indonesia on August 17, 2008, with a great pleasure the committee will give
    special discounts of registration fees for foreign registrants with a condition below:
  1. Registration done before December 31, 2008 will get 45% discount  from normal fee.
  2. Registration fee for students (Master or PhD Students) will be 63% of normal fee.

  • November 2, 2008: As a Parallel Event to WOC (the session 31st of WOC Symposium),
    the Committee of World Ocean Conference requested the Seminar Committee to
    synchronize this event with other sessions in WOC symposium, thus with a pleasure we
    would like to extend the deadline of abstracts submission from November 11, 2008 to be
    Januari 31, 2009. Thank you for your attention.
